My Favorite Restaurants in Hamilton

My family and I disagree on a lot of things, but there is one thing we totally agree on – the love for food. And since we always pass by Hamilton, we always dine together in different restaurants to get a taste of what each has to offer. Hopping from one spot to another lead us to figuring out our favorites. If you happen to visit Hamilton and looking for a great place to fill your tummy in, here are the Hamilton restaurants we can totally recommend.

Toast @ 10 John St N

When we first enter Toast, we were amazed by its beautiful interior. We tasted different dishes and fancy wines and we have to say Toast is definitely a good place to go, especially if you’re a wine lover like me and my siblings. They have an extensive wine list and scrumptious food options so there is a lot for everyone.

Hambrgr @ 49 King William St.

If you’re looking for a twist in your classic meat or vegan food, then Hambrgr must be your next dining destination. You’ll also love their fresh and flavorful kale and apple side salad – perfect alternative to fries!

The Ship @ 23 Augusta St.

If you’re looking to have a night out and grab some beer bottles with friends, The Ship is your best friend. They offer duck wings that are super delicious, and I promise that they have a beautiful patio that is worth checking out if you do decide to come this summer.

Pho Dui Bo @ 15 Cannon St. E.

Pho Dau Bo is a great place if you’re in for some Thai food adventure. They’ve got appetizes, rice, soups, stir-fried dishes, and salad and noodles menu to suit everyone’s fancy. For vegetarians, there is a separate menu that holds a great array of delicious choices.

Mezcal @ 150 James St S.

If you’re a taco lover, you wouldn’t know what you’re missing until you get a taste of Mezcal’s extensive taco selection. One of their best sellers is the panela taco, which you have to try if you have a thing for anything that has cheese in it. You should also check out their nachos – they’re absolutely out of the ordinary. For tequila drinkers, this is a haven as they’ve got different concoctions to choose from.

The French @ 37 King William St.

The last, but certainly not the least restaurant in Hamilton, is The French, which offers a lot of brunch, lunch, dinner, snacks, and even cocktail favorites. From soups, main course, sides, to children-friendly dishes, they got it all here. If you want something new every day, try their daily specials. If you’re looking for a nice place to spend the first date with, your partner will definitely be impressed with the elegant interior of this restaurant.

Indeed, Hamilton is a wonderland for those who love to eat like me and my family. I strongly suggest you check out the dining spots above as we’ve loved and enjoyed their meals without a doubt.
